How long have you been level 85 (use /played in-game): 48 days, 14 hours

Character spec (please explain why you chose this spec): Im Resto, simply because i love playing a resto shammy.

Which glyphs are you using, and why: Prime Glyphs: Glyph of Earth Shield because it heals the tank for 20% more, Glyph of Earthliving Weapon so the earthliving effect heals for 20% more and Glyph of Water Shield Because it increases the passive mana regeneration from my Water Shield by 50%.
Major Glyphs: Glyph of Healing Stream totem, increases fire, frost and nature resistances by 195, Glyph of Chain Heal for more stable AoE healing and Glyph of Healing Wave because it heals me for 20% of the healing effect it does on someone.

What do you think is important for your character to focus on: Intellect > Spirit > 916 Haste > Mastery.
Intellect because it increases healing output, our mana pool and slightly increases mana regeneration.
Spirit because it increases the rate of mana regeneration.
Haste because it decreases cast time, GCD and and speeds up HoT ticking. At 916 haste resto shamans gain one extra tick on all our HoT's.( Riptide, Healing Rain, Earthliving)
Mastery because it Increases the effectiveness of all our healing spells based on the health of our target.





Do you have an offspec, and do you have gear for it: Mine offspec is Enhancement and i have decent gear for it.

Character tradeskill professions and levels: Mining and Jewelcrafting, both on max skill lvl.

What sets you aside from other applicants: Im playing my resto shaman for a long time now and know the class pretty good. I consider myself a good raider, always listen to the raidleader what to do while raiding, i don't blame others or mind if we wipe a lot while raiding.

Reason(s) why you left previous guild(s): Gnomercy is a social guild only, and since im able to start raiding again im looking for a social raiding guild.

Reasons why you would like to join: Im able to raid again so im looking for a nice and social raiding guild.
