unfortunately we regret to inform you that you don't meet our requirements at this time.

we would advise enchanting your gear (which includes getting the reputation enchants for head and shoulders), obtaining the correct glyphs, gemming properly, losing the resto trinket (or gaining a resto offspec) and working towards the hit cap.
